Are all mythical recordings, ranging from Ojos Verdes and Los Piconeros, successes recorded in Brazil in 1945, through other classic Spanish, 78 rpm discs, such as Abbey Road, 1953, New York LP (" Fado and Flamenco "), or even some of Paris, showing the profile more in "Gypsy" an artist who has always defined herself as "Iberian singer".

CD 2: Continuing this collection of songs from the international repertoire of Amalia, we included in this second volume, the songs in other languages in the time that Amalia records for Ducretet Thomson publisher, in the period from 1958 to 1960. From the album "Amalia Chante en Français", we highlight an emblematic theme, "Aïe Mourir Pour Toi" which Charles Aznavour wrote exclusively for her, among many others presented here.

There is undoubtedly a high point in the history of the Portuguese discography: that of the famous Valentim de Carvalho recording sessions in the old Teatro Taborda, in Costa do Castelo, in the early sixties. This is also the crucial point in amaliana discography, in his meeting with the composer Alain Oulman and other great poets.
These mythical sessions emerged very important albums: the "Disco do Busto", "Four your Delight" and "Amalia, 1963," and two songs: I wanted to sing you a Fado, edited by EP "Madrugada de Alfama", and unprecedented, Fado da Bica, who had heard the disc "Amalia no Café Luso", in a new version for the composition of Carlos Conde and Jaime Santos.
